Feasible heuristic cutting plan; a global optimum is not guaranteed. Check the sequence, work support and your equipment's cutting capacity.
Schematic drawing. Written dimensions and the parts list take precedence over screen scale.
Numbers on the drawing follow cut order. Offcuts and saw loss remain separate from parts.

Formula & conventions
We compare length-packing heuristics, prioritising fewer unplaced parts, then fewer bars. Stock quantities are finite and materials must match. Saw kerf is deducted after each part, capped by the remaining material at the end.
Lᵤ = L − 2r; Lused = Σlᵢ + Σkᵢ
Position origin: left edge or base indicated in the drawing.
Limits: 200 rows; up to 500 sheet parts and 1,000 linear parts. Stock quantities are finite.
