Feasible heuristic cutting plan; a global optimum is not guaranteed. Check the sequence, work support and your equipment's cutting capacity.
Schematic drawing. Written dimensions and the parts list take precedence over screen scale.
Numbers on the drawing follow cut order. Offcuts and saw loss remain separate from parts.

Formula & conventions
We compare part orders and cutting sequences. Each part occupies a free rectangle split by guillotine cuts, reserving saw kerf. Grain-locked parts do not rotate. Cut numbers follow execution order in the remaining rectangle.
[x, x+w] × [y, y+h] ⊂ [r, L−r] × [r, W−r]
Position origin: left edge or base indicated in the drawing.
Limits: 200 rows; up to 500 sheet parts and 1,000 linear parts. Stock quantities are finite.
