Drawers: why runners change the cut list
Side clearance and inside width are not interchangeable references.
Some runners specify outside box width; others relate cabinet opening to drawer inside width and side thickness. The calculator takes clearance per side to the outside of the box. Convert the manual reference before entering it. Grooved and applied-under bottoms also generate different lists. One manufacturer specification for one model must not be reused as a rule for all hardware.
Reset example
A 600 mm opening and 12.5 mm outside clearance per side give a 575 mm box. With 15 mm sides, front and back between sides are 545 mm.
